We then went to the restaurant that's frequently used like a spot to meet with clients, press and business partners. One of the best options that come with this restaurant, apart from the amazing French cuisine, is a perfect view of Lac de Joux out the replica Rado Florence watch window, from your table. Our lunch was a delicious five course meal, including white fish which was actually caught within the Lac de Joux. We also enjoyed a great bottle of Swiss Riesling white wine.
